Careers
Work in a shop that runs right.
Clean bays, clear jobs on a phone, and a small team that does it right the first time.
Who we look for
- Diesel and heavy equipment technicians
- Shop assistants who want to learn the trade
- People who take pride in honest work
How to apply
Email a short note about your experience to operations@ericstruckrepair.com, or stop by the shop during hours.
Less paperwork, more wrenching
We run the shop on ShopHub, our own system. Your day is on your phone, so the paperwork doesn't follow you home.
- The day's jobs, the unit's history and the parts on one phone screen
- Time clocked to the job from anywhere, shop or field
- Less paperwork after hours, more time on the tools
- Training built into the system, so new people learn our way fast
