Who we are
Honest Work. Reliable Service.
Two lines we hold ourselves to on every job. Here's the man behind them, and what they mean when your unit is down.
Meet Eric.
Eric has spent his whole adult life working on and around trucks. Before he opened Uncle Eric's, he was an owner-operator: his truck, his loads, his name on the paperwork. When the truck sat, the money stopped.
That's the side of the counter most shops never see. Eric has. A breakdown isn't just a repair ticket. It's a missed load, a crew standing around, and a customer waiting on you.
So he built the shop he wanted when he was the one driving, with a crew of skilled mechanics who work the same way: straight answers, the job done right the first time, and paperwork you never have to chase. It runs out of our own shop on El Burrito Ave, with a service truck for the jobs that can't come in.
Then he went a step further and invested in our own shop management system, ShopHub, built in-house around the way the shop works. It gives us a big shop's workflow on a small, nimble footprint. Every unit, job, part, estimate and invoice lives in one place: in every mechanic's hand on a phone or tablet, in the shop and in the field, and on the screens in the office. His vision is simple: the people we work with should see what we see. Fleet customers get each unit's history, what's due next and estimates to approve from their phone. Suppliers get clear orders and quick answers. As the shop grows, everyone new works from the same record on day one.
From the driver's seat to the shop.
Every driver keeps a log. This is Eric's, from behind the wheel to the bay door.

What's on the line
When your unit is down, you're losing money. We move fast, call you first and tell you straight what it'll take.
How to fix it
Find the real cause and fix that, not just the symptom. Every job is written up as Issue, Cause and Correction.
How to keep it running
The best repair is the one you never need. PM plans by miles or hours catch problems in the bay, not on the highway.
Two ways to get it fixed.
